Clean place & excellent staff on point with customer service. A nice size and brand-new rooms with fridge and microwave oven and fantastic bar area. Marvellous, peaceful location in Alton, just off restaurant as well as stores and restaurants. Super base for exploring Alton.

While my stay was generally great, there was one small issue I encountered. It would have been nice to have a little shelf in the shower to place soap and shampoo. Having to bend down and grab the bottles was a bit inconvenient. However, aside from this minor inconvenience, everything else was perfect.
